AEC services assure new building owners that the enclosure system incorporates maximum performance and longevity at the most competitive cost. For existing building owners, AEC investigative services and remediation plans can extend the service life of the enclosure system, and provide realistic options for re-cladding.

AEC can provide guidance at project conception including applicable standard enclosure systems, or preliminary design of a custom system. AEC can also provide industry contacts for the top tier enclosure contractors.

AEC provides early stage architectural support through technical specification preparation, system design concepts, design development, and drawing coordination. As the project moves forward AEC will review shop drawing and submittals for conformance to the project requirements, and solve the technical challenges that arise.

Prior to the start of construction AEC will assist with bid package preparation, evaluate bid responses, and review documents for constructability. During the construction phase, AEC oversight of laboratory mockups, shop drawing and submittal review, and trade interface coordination will keep the project on schedule and budget. AEC can also provide the expertise to conduct quality reviews of both shop fabrication and field installation.

AEC can provide periodic inspections, onsite forensics, and testing to extend the service life of the enclosure system. We can also investigate specific problems and recommend temporary and long term solutions. AEC can prepare bid packages and industry contracts for contractors to complete the work.
